Vol 1 – Chapter 2: A Fateful Encounter
“I will give up.”
He stated it very briefly, but no one believed he would actually give up. If that were true, he wouldn’t be here right now.
Anyway, the situation seemed to have calmed down a bit. Yuri let out a sigh of relief and took a step back to observe them. In that brief moment, the young man’s gaze turned toward him.
The instant Yuri’s eyes met his, the young man’s look was so cold and harsh that it made him shiver. Yuri immediately fell silent, feeling as though his heart had turned cold.
That’s right, he would remember this. Yuri thought that there was no turning back after shooting at the young man with such high pride. He felt that now he needed to find some way out.
But immediately after, the young man’s gaze shifted back to Taeui, his smile returning, gentle as if nothing had ever happened.
“I will wait. I will stay by your side and wait patiently.”
The young man whispered to Taeui, waiting for his return.
This……., Yuri clicked his tongue with an indifferent expression. Clearly, the younger one had been watching them, searching for an opening. The predator-like gaze was now fixed on the empty space.
It seemed like everything was going to be very difficult.
A wild beast that’s hard to approach, and just one person like Riegrow was enough to deal with it.
Fortunately, Yuri knew how to handle that beast. He just needed to stay out of its territory. It was best to keep a safe distance and fulfill each other’s requests. That was how Yuri had come to know the man named Riegrow over quite a long period of time.
But with the youngest son of the Ling clan, he had made a mistake. Hadn’t he just shot him?
Yuri tried to smooth the crease between his brows. As soon as he returned to his place, he thought he should find someone to help him.
In the end, it seemed that their situation had temporarily settled. Taeui turned his back and decided to leave. He knew that leaving the guy alone here would lead to uncontrollable consequences. So, he had returned and didn’t leave Riegrow’s side.
Yuri followed the two of them.
In any case, it was fortunate that nothing serious had happened during this meeting. He thought that the report to headquarters tonight would be quite detailed. That also meant his workload would increase, making Yuri sigh inwardly. His evening swimming time would be cut short.
“Hyung, I like you.”
He heard a soft voice from behind. Taeui nodded absentmindedly and continued walking. Yuri followed and glanced back.
The young man was sitting on the sand, looking in their direction. His face seemed on the verge of tears.
It wasn’t a fake expression. The young man looked at Taeui from behind with a sad face, like a pitiful child, in pain and feeling wronged. It was as if he would burst into tears the moment they left.
Yuri unintentionally stopped, feeling as if he had abandoned a lost child.
He suddenly realized that the young man’s gaze was directed toward him.
“……………”
The young man’s face suddenly showed a look of surprise. At the same time, Yuri realized that it was the face of a young man who didn’t want others to see him like this. A face that couldn’t hide its inner turmoil.
A look of regret flickered across the young man’s face. At that moment, Yuri realized this was the last expression he would ever want anyone to see. It was his raw unguarded face, completely revealing his inner turmoil. The temperature in the young man’s eyes dropped with incredible speed, turning cold and sharp, as though he were thinking: ‘Now that I’ve come to my senses, let me finally take a good look at the face of the one who shot me.’
Yuri immediately turned his back, as if nothing had happened.
But inside, a feeling of disappointment was rising. Yuri hadn’t intentionally planned to turn back. The young man didn’t want anyone to see the face that had revealed such a vulnerable side of him. Just allowing others to witness it was enough to wound his pride.
Yuri clicked his tongue. That fierce gaze shot through the back of his neck, burning hot. It wouldn’t be surprising if a bullet pierced through his head. Perhaps part of this anger was without reason, but it was anger that could turn into a real threat, complicating everything.
***************************
[“How did it come to this?!”]
A sigh escaped from the phone.
“I didn’t want it to turn out this way either. But no matter what, the safety of the client is the top priority.”
As Yuri explained, the man on the other end of the line let out a pained groan.
[“Out of all the people, why him? With that kid, nothing I say carries any weight.”]
“I sincerely apologize.”
There was a brief silence on the other end, accompanied by a sigh. After a moment, the man replied weakly: [“It’s fine. I didn’t expect anything from him anyway.”]
The age gap between the two of them was like that of father and son, yet this man seemed deeply troubled.
He seemed troubled by the youngest son.
The saying ‘beneath the tiger’s paws, there are no weaklings’ held true in this case – Ling Houlong’s eldest son was no easy man. Yuri had already sensed this when they worked together in the past. Unlike his infamous cold-hearted father, he had a way of gaining people’s trust and calmly managing things. Though some might say he was a bit soft, he was by no means someone to be underestimated. In fact, one could even compare him to a crafty snake.
By chance, Yuri Gable had met this man. It was about ten years ago, shortly after he began working at T&R. At that time, the man smiled and asked: “Are you the one T&R sent?”
At that time, this man was the only one who didn’t judge Yuri based on his appearance.
“I have a younger brother too, who’s completely different on the inside and outside. Although he’s much younger than you.”
Ah, Yuri still remembered those words. After working together in dangerous areas for a while, they had built a rather close relationship, more than what the time they spent together could convey. Later, when his son came to Europe, Yuri helped him stay at his house for a few months, and they had maintained their close bond ever since.
He was Ling Houlong’s eldest son, Ling Tangyun, who had just crossed into his fifties and had firmly established his position.
[“Is the kid alright?”]
“Not sure.”
[“Why ‘not sure’?”]
“He’s picking a fight with Rick. I’m talking about Kyle Riegrow’s younger brother from T&R.”
[“Why the hell is he involved in this?”]
Ling Tangyun seemed to have already heard about Kyle’s brother, the infamous madman, as he suddenly shouted in surprise. Yuri pulled the receiver slightly away from his ear.
“He seems to be looking for someone closely connected to Rick.”
There was a long pause before a response came.
[“I heard the kid likes someone, makes a fuss, and then storms off………….. Who is this person?”]
Aha. It seemed that the young man had turned his house upside down in search of Jeong Taeui. Yuri looked out the window. Jeong Taeui was lying on a hammock tied to the mango tree, leisurely savoring the ripe mangoes.
What kind of person was that boy? It was hard to describe in just a few words. He didn’t even know how to put this person into clear terms.
Watching Jeong Taeui gently sway in the hammock, beginning to nibble on his second mango, Yuri answered simply.
“He’s a kind young man.”
[“A young man?!”]
“Hmm………….. You didn’t know? Your younger brother is gay.”
Ling Tangyun’s voice came through, filled with disbelief, as if he couldn’t believe this was the person who had caused his younger brother to turn his house upside down.
He had hoped that at least his youngest brother, from a family perspective, would be taken care of. But after hearing Ling Tangyun groan for a while, it seemed that wasn’t the case.
“Aren’t you planning to bring him back? I ask because this situation seems really dangerous.”
At that moment, Riegrow walked over to Jeong Taeui, took his hand covered in mango pulp, and licked it. Yuri genuinely felt anxious about the future.
It seemed like the young man, like a poisonous peony, wouldn’t give up so easily, and Riegrow, too, didn’t look like someone who would let go of that hand anytime soon.
[“Take him? He’s not someone you can just handle however you want. That kid……..how should I put it……… he’s a bit different on the inside than he looks on the outside.”]
“Seems that way.”
Yuri agreed with that assessment.
That young man had eyes that could calmly harm others. Like a flower luring a butterfly, his beauty was captivating, yet there was definitely a dangerous light in them.
[“The kid won’t back down, so we’ll just have to wait…….. Yuri, I need to ask something of you. After all, he’s the son my father dotes on. Please, take care of him and make sure he doesn’t get seriously hurt.”]
Yuri didn’t respond, feeling uncomfortable. Ling Tangyun understood Yuri’s personality and knew that he didn’t want to take on a responsibility he couldn’t fulfill.
[“Anyway, I’ll get in touch with the kid.”] – Ling Tangyun said wearily.
Yuri found it strange. It was exactly what he had thought every time he heard Ling Tangyun speak about his younger brother. Although Ling Tangyun couldn’t compare to his father, Ling Houlong, the one was like a fierce tiger, it was clear he wasn’t an easy person to deal with for his subordinates. While Ling Houlong cherished his son like a precious gem, for Ling Tangyun, his younger brother was still just a kid much younger than him. So, he had every reason to be strict with his sibling.
But whenever he spoke about his younger brother, there was always an invisible distance. It was slightly different from the wariness of an old father or the discomfort of someone who didn’t like their sibling. It felt as if he was dealing with a latent illness, cautious yet unable to completely hate or dislike his brother.
…….Was it because he was so gorgeous? Yuri wondered. Surely, when faced with such a beautiful face, any desire to harm would vanish entirely. After all, the beautiful younger brother was clearly someone not to be trifled with, and even the senior members of the Ling clan couldn’t casually pick a fight with him.
[“Come to think of it, after this mission ends, the contract with T&R will expire, right? What will you do afterward?”]
“Ah. I’ll take some time off and think about what to do next.”
The contract was about to expire soon.
Once he confirmed that Jeong Taeui was here, the contract could end.
His mission was to find and verify Jeong Taeui’s current location. Taking him back was not his responsibility.
[“Come visit me sometime.”]
“There’s no nice beach there, so I’m not really interested.”
[“Haha, still the same as before. Fei mentions you from time to time. So, when you’re free, come visit. We can have a few drinks.”]
“I don’t have the strength to drink with you……. Has Fei gone back to America yet? I thought by now he should be preparing to graduate from college.”
[“Ah…….. He’s set to graduate next spring. You know, I’m not trying to brag, but his graduation scores……..”]
Ling Tangyun seemed excited as he spoke about his son. It seemed that loving their children had become a tradition in the Ling clan. However, the story about the boy Yuri had taken care of a few months ago also piqued his interest, so Yuri listened attentively.
Meanwhile, Yuri glanced out the window. Jeong Taeui suddenly threw the mango aside, as if no longer wanting to eat it. The other man, seemingly saying something, was watching Jeong Taeui with a slight smile on his face………perhaps a trivial story. Yuri looked at Riegrow, faintly sensing the troubled romance of Ling Tangyun’s younger brother. He silently sighed.
*************************
/Flashback/
It is an island famous for its beautiful sea views.
Not only does it offer stunning views of the sea from the mainland, but the underwater ecosystem is also incredibly rich and diverse. It is only when you dive in that you can fully appreciate its wonders. Visitors who come here often exclaim: ‘This is the most beautiful sea I’ve ever seen.’
However, this island is not widely known. The first reason is that the surrounding islands, large and small, are all privately owned. The second reason is that, even if people know about it, it’s difficult to get there because there are very few sea routes to the island. And the third reason is that the strong currents in the area make it dangerous for those not accustomed to swimming in such waters.
However, Yuri Gable met all the conditions to set foot on this island.
Ling Tangyun, Yuri’s friend, or more precisely, a member of his clan, owns one of the islands here, and he allowed Yuri to come. Ling Tangyun had arrived on the island earlier; he said he would be resting here with his wife and children, and those close to his family, like Yuri, were welcome to join. He had sent a boat to pick Yuri up and bring him to the island. Therefore, the journey to the island was not difficult. As for the strong currents making it necessary to be skilled to swim in the sea, that was no longer a concern.
This place was empty except for a few caretakers hired by the Ling family who lived there. Upon arriving, the beauty of the sea was even more dazzling than anything Yuri had ever heard. It was so stunning that he wished he could stay underwater forever.
“You’re not allowed to go in.”
As Yuri dried his hair with a towel after diving, Fei – Ling Tangyun’s son – puffed his cheeks and shouted.
“Why not?! I’m a great swimmer!”
“The currents are very strong.” – Yuri said.
“The currents…….?!”
The child frowned, seemingly not understanding what he meant. Yuri tried to explain again so the boy could grasp the situation.
“The strong currents make it very dangerous.”
“There aren’t any waves here.” – The child retorted irritably, pointing at the gently rippling sea outside.
“There are waves you can only see underwater, not on the surface.”
“…….Cheee. But I want to swim.” – The boy whined.
Yuri draped the towel over the child’s shoulders, who was still grumbling but refusing to give up.
“Your skin’s already turning red. You’ll catch a cold if you keep running around in the sun. See that black rock out there? You’re not allowed to go that far, got it?”
The boy shouted “Yes!”, and immediately jumped into the water.
Yuri watched the child playing near the shore before turning away. Fei was mischievous enough to be hard to manage at times, but he wasn’t the type to be unreasonable or ignore what adults told him.
“Oh, the merman finally decided to come ashore. I was starting to wonder if I should call someone to help you—you were underwater for so long.”
Ling Tangyun said with a smile, sitting under a shaded umbrella on the white sand. He held out a bottle of beer to Yuri.
Yuri shook his head and reached for some water instead, taking a sip to soothe his throat.
“Are the currents strong? Is it dangerous?” – Ling Tangyun asked.
“Near the shore, it’s fine. But if you go a few meters farther out, you have to be careful. At that level, it’s still manageable.”
Yuri glanced at Fei, who was splashing water around with his younger sister, then sat down on a chair.
“That’s a shame. So, does that mean I can’t go deeper either?”
“It’s fine if you have proper diving gear and someone to assist you. But it doesn’t seem like you brought any gear, did you?”
“No.” – Ling Tangyun said, shaking his head with a look of regret.
“That’s a shame. I was really looking forward to seeing the underwater beauty. But why are the currents so strong?” Ling Tangyun asked.
“The strong currents are what create that beauty. They attract many creatures looking for food.”.
Yuri set down the glass of water he had finished in just a few gulps and leaned back in his chair.
Glancing at his watch, Yuri realized he had spent a long time swimming and diving, completely engrossed in the underwater scenery. He felt unexpectedly drowsy, even more so than usual. It must have been the effort of holding himself steady against the strong currents.
As Yuri squinted, he noticed a small figure jumping into the water without hesitation. He watched with satisfaction as the boy swam away, his form excellent and his speed quite impressive.
“Hmm……. Wait, is it safe for him to swim like that?” – Ling Tangyun’s tone grew more serious.
Yuri replied: “It’s fine”, as he poured more water into his glass.
“Honestly, going a bit farther out is okay, as long as he stays on the surface. But if he happens to get a cramp, it could be troublesome. I’ll keep an eye on him.”
In any case, Yuri had no intention of leaving his spot unless something urgent came up. He didn’t want to miss a single moment with the ocean. He had only arrived this afternoon, but by tomorrow morning, he would already have to leave. This was just a brief trip amidst his work commitments.
Ling Tangyun clicked his tongue, as if to say the travel time wasn’t worth it, but Yuri shook his head. Even if it was just for half a day, he didn’t want to miss the chance to visit a place this beautiful.
“Is that your youngest brother?”
Yuri spotted the small boy he had heard about before. The boy was standing at a distance, so he couldn’t make out the details clearly, but Yuri knew the boy was supposed to be 2 years older than Fei. Yet, he looked much younger, almost as if there was a 4-year gap between them. The boy was petite and slender in build.
“Hmm…….”
As usual, when talking about his younger brother, Ling Tangyun lightly furrowed his brows. This man, who was nearing forty, was the older brother of that delicate-looking boy.
“Why did you bring your younger brother along?”
Yuri asked in surprise, knowing that Ling Tangyun wasn’t particularly close to his younger brother.
“Ah. Originally, my father planned to take him to Hong Kong. But a few days ago, he suddenly told me he wanted to visit the island in the South Pacific since he’d never been here before. What could I do? I had no choice but to bring him along. It seems like he had planned to ask to come from the start.”
“Thanks to him, I’ve ended up being disliked by my father for no good reason.” – Ling Tangyun said, taking a bitter sip of his beer with a sour expression.
“Maybe it’s the big age gap. The kid probably thinks of you as a father figure.”
“Hey, don’t say that.” – Ling Tangyun groaned suddenly, clutching his head. Yuri glanced at him.
“There was this one time when he told my father that I was like his dad. After that, my father gave me the most unpleasant look. You have no idea how much disdain he had for me!”
For a moment, Yuri felt a pang of sympathy for Ling Houlong. It must have been infuriating to hear his son say that someone else reminded him of his father. But clearly, Ling Tangyun wasn’t thrilled about it either. Yuri shrugged.
“Huh…….They’re just kids, after all.”
Most of the other children’s fathers were relatively young, like Ling Tangyun. So, it made sense that the boy would prefer to follow an older brother who resembled a father figure rather than someone who looked more like a grandfather.Isn’t that typical for kids at that age? Arguing over whose mom is prettier or whose dad is cooler.
“Alright…….” – Ling Tangyun sighed, neither agreeing with Yuri’s perspective nor bothering to argue further. With a complicated expression, he watched his younger brother swimming in the distance and shook his head.
“Anyway, if that kid gets hurt, my father’s going to be furious.”
Yuri glanced at Ling Tangyun and then turned his gaze back to the sea.
?Ah, it truly was a breathtakingly beautiful place.
The water was crystal clear, like a transparent gemstone. The sky stretched out endlessly in a brilliant blue, dotted with pure white clouds.
A surge of regret welled up within him at the thought of having to leave soon.
If he could, he would abandon his work and stay here forever. Besides, Kyle had suddenly disappeared – likely off attending a book festival somewhere – and James was already grinding his teeth in frustration, his voice filled with anger. If Yuri became another burden, James might just fall ill.
There was no choice but to wait for the next opportunity.
Yuri stared at the endless expanse of the sea, trying to keep talking as much as possible to stave off the drowsiness creeping over him.
Yuri didn’t know how much time had passed. He silently vowed to remember every bit of the beauty he had seen, staring intently at the endless expanse of water.
Time seemed to slip away without notice. Though he wasn’t asleep, it felt as if time had passed in a haze, without meaning. His body was here, but his mind felt as though it was submerged beneath the water.
There was a sound. A faint splash of water.
“…….”
Yuri looked toward the child. The boy was happily splashing around, occasionally diving beneath the surface. Under the crystal-clear water, the scenery was breathtaking—so much so that you could see the seabed just by floating on the surface. The boy, with his still-developing endurance, took deep breaths as he continued to play.
Then, the boy stopped suddenly, his attention fixed on something beneath the water. He stared intently for a moment, then took a deep breath. With a push, he dove back under the surface.
“…….”
Yuri frowned slightly. Beside him, Ling Tangyun chuckled nonchalantly, saying: “Looks like they’re having fun, huh? The kids don’t seem to want to get out of the water.” He waved back at his son, who was waving his hand from the sea.
“What’s wrong?”
Ling Tangyun gave Yuri a puzzled look as he half-raised his body.
“Your younger brother…….”
“Huh? Oh, he’s just diving down and coming back up again. He’s usually lively, but it’s rare to see him this excited. Must be because of the ocean.”
From afar, Fei’s voice echoed enthusiastically: “Wow, a turtle! It’s huge!” He and his younger sister shouted in excitement.
“Dad, it’s swimming right under our feet!”
Fei shouted, his voice filled with surprise and delight. Ling Tangyun replied: “Oh, that’s amazing.” But he suddenly felt puzzled as Yuri stood up abruptly.
“What’s wrong? Is the turtle dangerous?”
“No, it’s fine as long as you don’t touch it. Even if you get close, the turtle will just swim away.”
Despite this, Yuri’s face remained serious, and he hurried toward the sea.
As soon as he started walking, Yuri saw that Fei was as excited as the boy earlier, rushing to jump into the water. The kid wanted to touch the turtle. The girl also shouted in curiosity: “Big brother, me too, me too!”, and tried diving a few times before finally bursting into tears after swallowing some seawater.
“Xiaoxun, come back here.”
Yuri called out and then jumped into the sea.
He quickly reached Xiaoxun, who was crying and clutching the float tightly. Gently wiping her tears, he said: “Hold on to the float”, then looked down.
Just as Fei had said, a large turtle was swimming beneath them. It was unusually big for one spotted near the island, around 60 to 70 cm long. Fei was swimming toward the turtle.
The reason the boy had gone into the water was probably because he had seen the turtle……. but…….
Yuri dove underwater.
The water was so clear that it felt as though the turtle was close enough to touch, but in reality, it was still several meters away. When Fei dove down, he took several deep breaths. But as he reached a certain depth, the boy – who was skilled at swimming – suddenly lost his balance. His body staggered and tilted as though he had bumped into something.
Indeed.
At that depth, the current must have affected him. It was strong enough to be challenging for even an experienced adult, let alone a child. Fei panicked as his body refused to respond as he wished, and he had exhausted the air in his lungs. He began thrashing in the water.
“…….!”
Yuri quickly dove toward Fei, who was urgently grabbing onto him. In his panic, the boy couldn’t think clearly—he simply clung to Yuri’s shoulders, arms, and waist, not paying attention to the signals Yuri was trying to give.
Even though he was just a child, when terrified and using all his strength, it was difficult for an adult to resist. If Fei had gone any deeper, the current would have been even stronger, and Yuri might not have been able to reach him in time.
Everything was still fine. He could handle it.
Yuri struggled to swim upwards, almost unable to use his upper body as Fei was clinging tightly to him. He silently felt relieved that the boy hadn’t dived too deep, and they quickly surfaced.
“You’re okay, Fei. Calm down, everything’s fine now.”
Yuri slowly swam toward Xiaoxun, who was staring at him with wide, frightened eyes. He carefully brought Fei to her float. The boy was startled and clung tightly to Yuri, but gradually regained his composure and grasped the float.
Yuri gently pushed the life buoy toward Ling Tangyun, who was swimming over with a look of panic. He then glanced around but saw no signs of any other children nearby.
Leaving Ling Tangyun to comfort the children, Yuri jumped back into the water and swam in the direction the child had gone earlier.
As he swam that way, he noticed the current growing stronger. If this continued, the boy would be swept away. Yuri clicked his tongue. He silently felt relieved that he wasn’t being dragged along by the current. Finally, he found the boy no longer after that.
The child was barely conscious, clinging desperately to something resembling coral or submerged rocks. Small cuts and abrasions covered his hands, legs, and body. He seemed utterly exhausted, with no air bubbles rising from his mouth. As Yuri hurriedly swam toward the child, he felt a slight twinge of surprise.
If the boy had been underwater all this time, he should have already passed out. Yet, he was still struggling to hold onto the last fragments of consciousness, his hazy eyes blinking faintly, revealing his jet-black pupils.
It was the first time Yuri saw the boy named Ling Xinlu, and the first time he had seen him from such a close distance.
For a few seconds, as if forgetting the urgency of the situation, Yuri froze and stared intently.
The boy clung tightly to a massive coral reef, fighting against the current to keep himself from being swept away.
His jet-black hair floated gracefully in the water, and his pale and luminous skin seemed to glow in the depths. His delicate doll-like face was so striking it felt as if he belonged to another world—a water spirit or a cherished deity from ancient tales.
He was like a flower blooming beneath the surface.
Radiant and breathtaking.
It was the first time Yuri found himself captivated by something – if only for a moment – more than the water itself.
As he stood frozen in thought, he noticed the boy’s eyes flickering open. Snapping back to reality, Yuri swam quickly toward him.
When the boy realized someone had come to save him, he began flailing his arms wildly. The fear of death had overwhelmed what little consciousness he had left. Though still faintly aware, all his remaining strength was focused on clinging to Yuri. Only the instinct to survive remained.
Yuri hesitated, pulling back slightly. But not yet.
This situation was different from Fei’s.
Even though it was just a child, the strength the boy exerted in his desperate grip was terrifying under such circumstances. He was already exhausted from battling the powerful current, and felt his body growing weaker. To make matters worse, the current was stronger than before, making it even harder for him to maintain control over his movements. If the boy used all his remaining strength to grab onto him, they could both end up in serious trouble. And without a rope or a stick to secure the child, Yuri had no safe way to pull him out.
In this situation, the best option was to wait for the boy to lose consciousness. For Yuri, who was running out of breath himself, it seemed that moment wasn’t far off.
‘Are you okay? It might feel a little scary, but don’t worry. I’ve found you. Close your eyes for a moment, and when you open them, you’ll be in a safe place.’
Yuri looked at the child from close range. His gaze conveyed the words, though he doubted the boy could understand. Watching the boy flail his arms and try to swim toward him made Yuri’s heart ache, but he couldn’t afford to reach out recklessly. He reassured himself silently.
‘It’ll be okay—I will save you.’
The boy was stunningly beautiful, so much so that Yuri found it impossible to look away.
Like a flower blooming beneath the ocean—a radiant and delicate bloom like this, where else could one ever find such a thing?
Yuri waited calmly, watching the child struggle to stay conscious. Meanwhile, he himself began to feel his breathing grow more labored.
Before long, the boy’s eyes shifted, now filled with anger. It was a fierce, terrifying fury that made Yuri shudder—a rage directed at the one watching him hover on the brink of death.
The boy glared at Yuri. His eyes filled with anger, resentment, and pain, before finally losing consciousness. His hands loosened their grip on the coral, and his body began to drift away with the current.
Only when Yuri moved closer and confirmed that the boy had truly passed out did he reach out and pull that delicate beautiful flower to the surface.
‘How breathtaking.’
Truly, it was mesmerizing. Throughout the entire moment, Yuri couldn’t stop marveling at the sight.
